Right in the middle of Friendship Heights, a fine restaurant has opened, offering a dining experience that is consistent with their reputation…The Capital Grille!
It’s club-like atmosphere of rich mahogany paneling, distinctive art and one-of-a-kind art deco chandeliers sets the tone for an evening of elegant dining. The Capital Grille’s menu is renowned for it’s dry aged steaks, which are huge and flavorful and aged on the premises. A variety of fresh seafood is also available with creative side dishes.
A little hint… if you are a lover of Lobster Bisque, then you have struck gold. The Capital Grille’s Lobster Bisque with it’s large chunks of fresh lobster is a must have! Oh, and don’t forget a drizzle of Dry Sack Sherry.
The Capital Grille is my favorite for celebrations or for a pleasant lunch, and of course an intimate dinner. The Capital Grille is also a great restaurant to enjoy a grand banquet in one of their private dining rooms which can accommodate up to 32 guests and offers a choice of a la Carte or customized menus for your guests.
At The Capital Grille, you may want to enjoy your meal with a fine bottle of wine, which can be selected from their wide selection of wine varietals from around the world. But, if you have a particular wine that is you favorite, The Capital Grille offers personalized wine lockers where you may store your individual collection.
Their knowledgeable servers will delight you with their ability to anticipate your every need. That is why the American Culinary Federation bestowed their “Achievement of Excellence Award” to The Capital Grille.
At The Capital Grille, I have always felt very comfortable bringing a client or enjoying an intimate evening with someone I love and know for well. No matter which Capital Grille around the nation I am at, I can consistently count on a distinctive meal with fine service.

PS. If you still have room for dessert after a fine meal at The Capital Grille, may I suggest either their home made ice cream with an assortment of flavors changing regularly or their Key Lime Pie.
Wait a minute…I forgot to mention the Flourless Chocolate Expresso Cake and their Creme Brulee.
Oh well, you will just have to go back to The Capital Grille several times to try all their desserts!
